Q: How do you make the dips?

A: All dip mixes are prepared using 16oz of sour cream or a combination of 16oz of sour cream and mayonnaise. We suggest using Daisy brand sour cream and Kraft mayonnaise for the best flavors. Do not use salad dressing in place of sour cream or mayonnaise.

 

Q: Can dips be made into cheese balls?

A: Yes, all dips can be made into a cheese ball by simply mixing with 16oz of cream cheese instead of sour cream and mayonnaise.

 

Q: Can you use Greek yogurt.

A: Yes, plain Greek yogurt can be used in place of the sour cream and mayonnaise.

 

Q: How do you make the soups?

A: Most of the soups mixes are prepared by adding one can of tomatoes, water, and the protein of your choice. The cheeseburger and potato soup will need milk, cheese, and potatoes to be added instead.

 

Q: Are your mixes all natural?

A: Yes all of our mixes are all natural except for the Country Cucumber Dip Mix.

 

Q: Do your products contain MSG?

A: No, none of our products contain msg.

 

Q: Are your products gluten free?

A: All dip mixes are gluten free EXCEPT for the ones containing bacon, which include: Bacon Horseradish, BLT, Bleu Cheese Bacon and Tomato, Cheddar Bacon, and Bacon Jalapeno Popper. Gluten free soup mixes include: Chicken Enchilada, Fire Roasted Tortilla, Tasty Taco, and Campfire Chili.

 

Q: How long do you need to refrigerate dips before serving?

A: After dips are prepared please refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. This ensures that the flavors have incorporated thoroughly.

 

Q: Can your products be used for other things?

A: Yes, all of our products can be used in recipes to create amazing new dishes. Check out our Instagram and Facebook pages for recipes. You can also print the recipes from our recipe section above.

 

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: All of our products are made in Wylie, TX at our manufacturing facility. We manufacture all of our products and do not use copackers. This ensures the quality of our product and unique flavors.

 

Q: Which mixes are salt free?

A: The Fiesta Spinach dip mix, Dilliest Dill dip mix, Lemon Ice Box Pie Cheesecake dip mix, Key Lime Pie Cheesecake dip mix, Black Cherry Vanilla Cheesecake dip mix, Strawberries N Cream Cheesecake dip mix, Chocolate Lover’s Cheesecake dip mx, Chocolate Caramel Fudge Cheesecake dip mix, Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake dip mix, and Cinnamon Apple Swirl Cheesecake dip mx. All other products will contain minimal sodium as we do not use this as a cheap filler.

 

Q: Which mixes contain no sugar?

A: All of our products are sugar fee except: Jr’s Ranch dip mix, Fiesta Spinach dip mix, Dilliest Dill dip mix, Manana Mexican dip mix, and all of the Cheesecake dip mixes.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: We typically ship within two business days of receiving your order. Most orders are shipped USPS and will typically have a 2-5 day transit time. You will receive tracking info by email once your order has been shipped.

 

Q: Is there a way to select expediated shipping?

A: Yes, if you call us at 800-337-1337 we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

Q: Do you have a store front?

A: No we do not have a retail location, but our products can be found nationwide in thousands of specialty retailer shops. You can visit our store locator at the top to find the closest store near you.

 

Q: Who comes up with your recipes?

A: Carmie started this company with two products, Manana Mexican dip mix and    Dilliest Dill dip mix. Since then we have added over 60 products to our line. All of our recipes are created in house by our team of flavor masters (self-titled). We are always expanding and adding new flavors and products all the time.
