Returns Policy
To ensure the quality and safety of our products we do not accept returns. If you have been shipped incorrect items we will be happy to ship out the correct items and no cost to you. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact us at info@carmieskitchen.com.
Shipping
We ship to all validated us addresses and PO boxes at a flat rate of $5 for orders up to $50 and free shipping for orders over $50 (applies to retail orders only). Wholesale shipping is based on order total and rates can found on our wholesale shipping info page. There is no additional surcharge for deliveries to APO -FPO addresses. We ship orders Monday - Friday and typically they are shipped within 3 business days. All rates are subject to change.
