Baked and served warm, this dip is an appetizing blend of lots of spinach and artichokes with a hint of cayenne. Allergen: dairy
I served the baked dip at a barbeque and it was a big hit. Everyone wanted to know where I bought the dip. Blend all ingredients, including the artichoke, with an electric mixer for a smooth consistency.
Made a batch to snack on while cooking for the family. Took a chip and dipped out the first taste. So good and warm. Turned around to stir the pots and to my surprise the dip was gone. All I could see were smiling faces looking back at me.
