Carmie’s Kitchen No Crust Quiche with Sundried Tomato & Basil
Creamy & cheesy eggs, herbs and sundried tomatoes, and no crust so it’s keto friendly! I served for brunch with my mom and in-laws and it was a big hit—yum! Carmie’s Kitchen Sundried Tomato & Basil dip mix adds all the flavor to this truly awesome quiche.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Carmie’s Kitchen Sundried Tomato & Basil dip mix
- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb cooked & crumbled bacon
- 1 1/2 cups milk or cream
- 1/4 cup packaged Sundried tomatoes
- 1 cup cheese, your choice
- 2 handfuls of fresh spinach
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a 9”x13” baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until browned and cooked through.Variations: substitute bacon with ham or cooked sausage. Add chives, bell peppers, mushrooms, cooked vegetables or frozen hash browns.
Carmie’s Tip: use white cheddar and Parmesan mix for cheese. Add fresh cracked pepper and fresh basil on top before baking.
