- Carmie’s Kitchen Ole Ole
- 8 ears of corn, husks attached
- 1/2 stick of Butter, softened
- 2 Limes, quartered
- Cotija cheese
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
To prepare corn, pull back husks but keep attached. Remove all silk and you’re ready to spread.
Spread butter all over each piece of corn and then sprinkle generously with Carmie’s Kitchen Ole Ole.
Carefully wrap back up with corn husk.
Grill over medium-low heat for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Peel back the husks one more time, pile on a plate. Sprinkle with cheese, fresh lime juice, and cilantro. Add extra Ole Ole seasoning if desired.
Carmie’s Tip: drizzle corn with Sriracha sauce before serving.
