Roasted Garlic Mashed Poatoes

  • 1 package Carmie's Kitchen Roasted Garlic Dip And Cheeseball Mix
  • 3 lb yellow or new potatoes, quartered & peeled
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • Fresh chopped parsley, optional
  • Fresh cracked pepper

Cook potatoes is boiling water until tender, 10-15 minutes. Drain water and return potatoes to pan.
Add remaining ingredients to potatoes. Using a potato masher or a large fork, mash and stir until thoroughly combined. Serve warm with a pat of butter on top with some chopped fresh parsley and cracked pepper, if desired.

Carmie’s Tip: we prefer to keep a little potato skin (plus it’s less work!) on potatoes. These mashed potatoes are great for leftovers too!
