Carmie’s Black Bean & Corn Salsa
This recipe is so easy to make with ingredients you already have in your pantry! Our Spicy Chipotle Dip Mix gives this salsa a flavorful, smoky-hot kick and will leave you coming back for more! We served it with chips but it could also be used as a filling in enchiladas or tacos, or as a topping for nachos.
- 1 package Carmie's Kitchen Spicy Chipotle Dip And Cheeseball Mix
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1-2 avocados, peeled and diced
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can kernel corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine in a bowl...
1 package Spicy Chipotle Dip Mix
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-2 avocados, peeled and diced
1 can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
Salt & Pepper to taste
Store in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
If you prefer it more spicy, you could substitute Rotel tomatoes for the plain diced tomatoes, or add a small can of green chiles.
