Carmie’s Kitchen Strawberry Bagel Spread
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg Carmie’s Kitchen Strawberries n Cream Cheesecake Dip Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick butter, softened
- Toasted and halved bagels, any flavor
- Fresh strawberries, sliced
- Honey
Directions:
1. Mix together Strawberries n Cream Cheesecake dip mix with cream cheese and butter, using an electric mixer.
2. Store in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
3. When ready to serve, spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on each half of toasted bagel, top with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of honey, and ENJOY!
Carmie’s Tip:
We used mini plain bagels but poppy seed would have been tasty too!
Optional add-ins:
Mashed bananas or mini chocolate chips in the cream cheese mixture or sliced bananas on top
