So yummy! Was going to wat until it got cold; Could not wait!
Good. Easy to make. Top it with avocados, corn tortilla chips, jalapeños, put a dollop of sour cream. You can add radishes cilantro you can even put salsa and it’s just really good.

My family likes this mix okay, but they prefer the Chicken enchilada mix, which, according to your web site, we are not able to buy separately. Is there a way to buy ONLY the chicken enchilada mix?
This soup has a little bit of heat to it but then you bite into the slight sweetness of the corn. It warms you up from the inside out! Yum
Love this Soup!! It was amazing!! Very easy to make! My family loved it too including my son that's a very picky eater. He absolutely loved it! I'll defiantly be buying more! I served it with tortilla strips, cheese and avocado. Delicious!
